Waterproofing

EPDM single-ply membrane

A flexible rubber layer that helps keep water away from façade joints and insulation.

Two aluminium profiles with an insulator between them.

The outside and the inside of the frame are separated by an insulating bridge, so heat has no straight path from the street into the room.

How it is built: Two profile parts joined through an insulating bridge. It is part of the section, not a coating, so it lasts as long as the façade.
What you feel: The inside face stays close to room temperature, so no edge of the frame feels cold to the hand.
Condensation: With the heat path cut, condensation and the marks and mould it leaves are greatly reduced.
Comfort & quiet: The whole window performs better — and the same sections usually keep outside noise out.
Where we use it: Hotels, homes, offices, schools and hospitals: anywhere the inside is heated or cooled.

Best for conditioned interiors

Performance comes from the whole build — frame, glass, seals and installation — never from the aluminium alone. Figures are confirmed for each project by our engineering team.
